2️⃣ Required Documents(Have these ready)
- MC Authority Letter
- W-9 Form
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Pro Load Logistics as certificate holder
- Notice of Assignment (if using a factoring company)
3️⃣ Welcome Call
Expect a phone call from our team within 24 hours to review your packet, answer any questions, and go over your lane preferences.
4️⃣ First Load Assignment
Once onboarding is complete, we’ll get you booked with your first load and officially start keeping your truck moving.
